Weekend Highlights

Well another weekend has passed and for once it appears that several things were accomplished.....follow along if you will.

1. Friday night it was an old skool "triple P" party with Regent friends Steve, Scott and myself....it's amazing that 15 years later a bunch of young men can have as much fun in their 30's as they did when they were 15.....sitting around talking junk, eating junk and playing video games!

2A. Saturday Kelsen and Raumi went to a birthday party and Kelsen got his first taste of a waterslide....let's just say Raumi was more brave taking him down the slide than I ever could be.

2B. Don't worry about the 2A and 2B..nothing significant but always something I wanted to do. Went to Shelby's bb tourney this weekend.....a tough loss.....why don't they teach fundamentals at the 7th grade level....Pick AND ROLL.....move TOWARDS the ball........alright I've said my peace (or is it piece)?

3. Sunday we celebrated our Godchild Noah Walter Voight's baptism. We are very honored that our friends Matt and Angela trust us with the very responsibility of being Godparents. We enjoyed a nice mass and some great food and visiting afterwards.

4. Kelsen and I made our first "true" snowman together today and even though the snow wasn't too cooperative we managed....thank goodness for some light bulbs for the nose and the eyes....Kelsen sure loves the snow....must get that from me....at least with him liking the snow so much we might never have to worry about him migrating out of state.

5. Raumi's good friend Karly is visiting from Montana and right now they are enjoying the "Bar from Mars", although with it being Sunday I don't expect her out much later than 8!

As you can see it was a busy yet great weekend and next weekend we are looking forward to taking Kelsen to the St. Mary's carnival.

Wishing you all a great week ahead.
