What the HAIL!

Hello my comrades...

Another Hail storm ripped thru North Bismarck last night...taking with it parts of our vinyl siding. As many of you know our home was completely trashed about 3 years ago from a hail storm and last night we had a smaller, yet destructive storm, again. It occurred about 7pm and it was as evident as ever...you could see the large hail cloud headed for our house. Luckily for us, no cars were outside and no windows were broken...and Thanks to my good friends at Horace Mann, everything will be okay. Raumi and I dealt with this storm better than the last, the only tricky part is now we have to turn over out insurance money over to the new owners...I guess looking at it optimistically, once less headache to worry about.

The weekend was well, we had some friends over Friday (Jay and Sara) and Saturday we did some lawn work and packed away what we could in the shed. Sunday we went over to Gustafsons to swim and hang for a while.

We are headed to the Black Hills this week Thursday for a quick vacation before we move. It should be fun and relaxing.
