Fright Night Fun!

Kelsen very much enjoyed 2008's Halloween festivities.

The day started pretty normal but after his afternoon nap it soon became clear that this night was going to be far from normal.

He was ubberly excited to put on his bat costume and fake finger.

Kelsen insisted that I also get dressed up, so I made a effort, albiet a feeble one, to be either:

A. Vampire or
B. An accomplice to OJ Simpsons recent robbery.

Your choice.

Once the costume was on...IT was on. Off to Newman's, Kudrna's, Gustafsons and Pam's. I don't remember much from my younger years but it was safe to say Kelsen had more than enough goodies after those 4 stops to call it a night. BUT NOT KELSEN, after a quick break at home for some pizza (Delivery..no....Digiorno YES!) we were off to scare the neighborhood.

(It is worth noting that Kelsen loved to hand out candy to the neighborhood kids!)

The neighborhood was filled with lots of kids and lots of good candy....not to mention some very well themed houses. After our last stop (Schaff's-our next door neighbor...Kelsen has taken a liking to Shawn) we retired for the night, ate as much candy as possible and laid in bed withering in sugar high pain. I am kidding about this last part but it is believable.

I hope everyone had a great Halloween....many more years of Reese's, Kit Kats and Sugar Daddy's for this young lad (and dad!)

The rest of the weekend will be spent relaxing.

We also want to say Congratulations to our friends Laurie and Radd Kulseth, who recently added a new member to their family. We are very happy for them.

SLAP THE BAG.
DRINK TONIGHT FOR TOMORROW WE RIDE!
