The 4 of the July weekend was a long one but a great one. We took in lots of festivities.....the parade with both sets of Grandparents....a BBQ and fireworks at the Capitol with some friends (Thanks Todd and Jill) .........went to Beulah Bay to visit uncle Neil and do some boating and the a quite day at home.
Some of the more specific happenings:
1. Kelsen loved the trick motorcycle riders in the parade. He kept imitating them all day into the next.
2. Kelsen does not like noisy fire trucks.....
3. We made a haul....with candy, tooth brushes....frisbees....freeze pops. Still looking for my Hoeven shirt, he told during the parade to stop down at the office.
4. Kelsen loves the boat....hates the camper.....
5. Kelsen loved the fireworks displays...lots of ooohhhs and ahhhssss.
On another note...we are still hoping to move on August 7th and yesterday was the first time I went dumpster diving in many years. I went in for boxes (at a fireworks stand) and hit the motherload....now begins the fun part...packing it all away.
Lots of pictures so Enjoy.
